• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 250 nationwide.
• Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website during eligible campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to us.
